We are seeking a Cancer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in the Indian job market and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in this role. As a Cancer Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to cancer patients and their families through their journey of cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Responsibilities- Provide emotional and practical support to cancer patients and their families
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
- Educate patients and their families about cancer treatment options and side effects
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system
- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, psychology or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in cancer coaching or related field
- Strong understanding of cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
