Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Transitions

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Management Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Project (MPP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analysing project schedules and reports, ensuring seamless tracking of project progress.

This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively support project managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling and Tracking:

o Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP).
o Track project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
o Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and propose actionable solutions.

Reporting and Analytics:

o Develop and deliver insightful project status reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
o Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and risks in project performance.
o Collaborate with teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Communication:

o Work closely with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather project updates and clarify reporting needs.
o Facilitate communication between stakeholders by providing transparent and timely updates.
o Support change management processes by reporting the impact of scope, schedule, and resource adjustments.

Tools and Process Optimization:

o Ensure optimal utilization of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
o Recommend and implement best practices to streamline reporting workflows.
o Maintain documentation of reporting standards and procedures.

Risk and Issue Management:

o Monitor risks and issues reported across projects and provide recommendations to mitigate potential impacts.

o Support contingency planning by modeling what-if scenarios using MPP.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

PMP certification will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP) with proven experience managing complex project schedules.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets into actionable insights.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management framework.
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for advanced analytics.
Background in working within industries such as banking, manufacturing, or life sciences.
