• Manage Inventory : Manage Raw Materials and Pack Materials inventory. Ensure Zero Stockouts, through Safety Stock Management & JIT practices. Ensure weekly stock audits. Maintain Virtual inventory in ERP vs Physical Inventory.
• Shipping & Logistics : Responsible for Shipping 50-100 packages a day through Shiprocket. Use Shiprocket to process orders, perform courier selection and Ship orders. Keep stock of return orders, and refunded orders.
• Picking & Packaging : Supervise picking and packing operations. Ensure 100% compliance on the packing SOP. Maintain FIFO processes for inventory management.
