Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand clients&apos needs and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their business goals.
  1. Sales & Pitching:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to craft solutions that address client pain points.
  1. Revenue Growth:
  • Drive revenue generation through lead conversion and retention.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  1. Market Intelligence:
  • Keep track of competitors, digital marketing industry trends, and potential clients.
  • Present market intelligence to management to refine business development strategies.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Provide input for creating marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  1. Reporting & Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in CRM systems.
  • Regularly report on sales pipeline, deals in progress, and forecasts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and trends (SEO, PPC, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
