Business Development Executive

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients&apos needs and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their business goals.
- Sales & Pitching:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to craft solutions that address client pain points.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue generation through lead conversion and retention.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Market Intelligence:
- Keep track of competitors, digital marketing industry trends, and potential clients.
- Present market intelligence to management to refine business development strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Provide input for creating marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in CRM systems.
- Regularly report on sales pipeline, deals in progress, and forecasts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and trends (SEO, PPC, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
