Position: Technical Sales SpecialistLocation: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Customer Needs Analysis:
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategies and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, industry needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Estimates & Pricing:
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and progress against revenue targets, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager/Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technical sales, with a strong background in both software and mechanical product sales.
- Proven track record in lead generation, full sales cycle management, proposal creation, and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
- Experience working in North American and European markets, with a strong understanding of their business landscapes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
