The role involves field sales, marketing, and lead generation for FMCG products. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and increasing sales through direct marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, retailers, and distributors for FMCG products. Generate new business leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking. Maintain a strong database of potential customers and follow up regularly.
✅ Field Sales & Business Development: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key decision-makers. Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote FMCG products through demonstrations, promotions, and direct sales. ✅ Marketing & Brand Awareness: Execute field marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness. Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and product samples.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies. ✅ Customer Relationship Management: Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns or inquiries. Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and features. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
✅ Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales reports, customer interactions, and market feedback. Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements to maximize revenue. Provide weekly and monthly reports on performance and market conditions. Key Skills & Qualifications: ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
