As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization. You will play a key role in writing and posting technical job descriptions, identifying potential candidates on niche platforms, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and post detailed and technical job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source potential candidates using various platforms, including niche job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Keep yourself updated with the latest technological trends and products to understand and assess candidates technical expertise.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain regular follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers post-selection to ensure the best hiring experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a solid understanding of technical roles and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source and identify candidates for niche technical roles.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
