Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager at Baby Forest in Noida. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving customer acquisition and retention through various channels.

• Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Campaign Management skills
• Analyzing and interpreting campaign data.
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
• Experience in analyzing performance data and optimizing marketing strategies
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads or other relevant platforms
• Previous experience in the baby care or FMCG industry is a plus
