Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for branch banking roles across the Central Line (Thane to Ghatkopar). This role requires a proactive professional who can source, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management:
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, walk-ins, and vendor coordination.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.- Screening & Selection:
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide necessary feedback.- Offer Management & Onboarding:
Negotiate salary and benefits as per company guidelines.
Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR operations.- Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with Regional HR, Business Heads, and Branch Managers to fulfill hiring targets.
Provide recruitment status reports and updates.- Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of banking sector hiring
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & hiring volumes
Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and job portals
Good understanding of market trends & competitor hiring strategies
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in banking/financial services.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in volume hiring & lateral recruitment is an advantage.
