Trainee Engineer- Technical Support

Job Description
You will be provided training on standard IT hardware and equipment, operating systems, and basic working knowledge of databases. Training will be provided with a deep understanding of how the systems work, how to diagnose and perform troubleshooting and handle technical issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to enterprise-level applications
- Monitoring the critical applications
- Proactively overseeing the maintenance of applications
- Document incidents, problems and their solution including the troubleshooting process
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Timely escalation to the senior members
Required Skills:
- Decent Verbal and Written English skills
- Critical Thinking
- Ability to prioritize multiple open issues
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science (preferred)
