Manager - HR and Administration(Night Shift 7 PM - 4AM)

Job Description

This position requires working the PST shift, from 7 PM to 4 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Administration:

• Oversee the administrative functions of the office
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
• Coordinate/organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in the PST shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST) is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
