Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team at Foxhog Ventures Corp. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers based in locations such as Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, Noida, Gurgaon, and Pune. The role requires 0 to 1 year of work experience and provides an excellent opportunity to grow within our diverse and dynamic investment banking environment.

  • Assist executives in organizing their daily schedules and activities efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and external parties.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and re-directing them as necessary.
  • Support the preparation and organization of departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain extensive filing systems and archives to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
