HCL is hiring for Project Coordinator -

Walk-In Address: HCLTech - Candor Tech Space, Tower 11, 1st Floor, Sector 21, Dundahera Village, Gurugram, Haryana 122022

Time: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Designation: Lead Analyst

Shift Timings: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM IST

Work Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all aspects of the project are organized and align with the timeline and deliverables requirements.
• Develop and maintain a project performance database to track overall progress and achievement of milestones.
• Assign and monitor resources through effective queue management to enhance project efficiency and maximize output.
• Report project risks and outcomes to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to the project work plan.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between various partners, stakeholders, and teams.
• Provide support for guideline training and certification when a new project or launch is initiated.

Skills/Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination.
• Proven experience in coordinating teams and working with clients.
• Demonstrated success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Exposure to content curation projects, preferably in e-commerce and shopping.
• Understanding of QA framework and KPI/SLA monitoring & tracking.
