About the opportunity

We&aposre searching for a Social Media Manager who is savvy with social media, understands local

culture (Can Read Haryanvi or Rajasthani), and communicates effectively. This role involves creatively

promoting our films and series and developing unique content that resonates with and expands

our audience.

What you will be doing

Content and Title-Specific Marketing:

• Organically market and promote STAGE App films and series through social media acitivies
• Write engaging Haryanvi captions and content that highlight the uniqueness of our offerings.

Content Creation & Scheduling:

• Monitor social media trends and user behaviours in Haryana to ensure our content connects effectively with the audience.
• Produce and ideate social media-specific content that has the potential to go viral organically.
• Develop Fictional and Non-fictional social media IPs for STAGE Haryanvi
• Manage the planning, creation, and posting of STAGE content across all social
• platforms.
• Maintain a Social Media calendar of posts aligned with our marketing goals and special events.

Social Media Strategy Execution:

• Implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to boost audience interaction and enhance brand visibility.

Community Engagement:

• Actively interact with our followers, responding promptly to their inquiries and fostering a welcoming community environment.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to effectively promote new releases and special events.
• Plan weekly Live with Artist on STAGE Social Media Handles

Performance Monitoring:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize
• impact.
• Present Weekly and Monthly Social Media Growth Reports

• Proven 3+ years experience in social media management, with a focus on regional content promotion.
• Exceptional persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Depth of understanding of dialect, culture, and user behavior.
• Growth and Ownership Mindset
• Ability to extract, analyze, and communicate data &aposPrior consumer social media marketing experience growing and managing social brand channels of significant scale, preferably in the entertainment/content space
• The right person in this role will also be able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist
• The ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines is expected from someone in this role
