You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and availability of IT services.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure effective incident management and resolution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve critical incidents.
- Identify areas for improvement in incident management processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks.
- Experience in managing critical incidents and driving their resolution.
- Knowledge of incident management tools and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
