Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and trends. This role involves managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored content.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in a leadership role. Preferably in a Digital Marketing agency Must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Having advanced knowledge of design tools is a must (e.g., Canva).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
