Role Overview
As a Community Manager at FinnovationZ, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our online and offline communities. Using tools like Message Shoot, Knowledge Pebbly, and AiSensy for WhatsApp, you will streamline communication, engage with the audience, and ensure a seamless flow of information.This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, leveraging technology, and creating impactful community experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Engagement- Draft clear, engaging, and audience-specific messages.
- Facilitate meaningful interactions to maintain a positive community tone.
- Segment audiences for personalized outreach and targeted campaigns.
Tools Utilization
Message Shoot:
- Send timely reminders, promotions, or updates to the community.
- Schedule messages for consistent communication.
- Monitor message performance and engagement rates.
Knowledge Pebbly:
- Update and organize FAQs, tutorials, and how-to guides.
- Centralize resources to address community queries effectively.
- Analyze user engagement to identify and fill knowledge gaps.
AiSensy for WhatsApp:
- Configure AI-powered chatbots to handle common inquiries.
- Automate personalized messaging to boost engagement.
- Monitor and respond to user messages promptly.
- Track campaign performance using analytics dashboards.
- Implement feedback to improve strategies and tools.
- Ensure automation tools are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop compelling, relevant content for announcements and interactions.
- Use polls, feedback forms, and interactive sessions to foster engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to measure and optimize engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using communication tools like Message Shoot, Knowledge Pebbly, and AiSensy.
