Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Specialist at TEBillion located in Bangalore Urban district. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for software implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, and effective communication to optimize business processes through technology-driven solutions.
Job requirements:
- 1+ Year of experience
- Strong Understanding of our Products and services
- Gather business requirements, process mapping, design solutions and system functionalities
- Be involved in the implementation phase, conduct tests, run workshops and trainings
- Map the Product with Customer requirements and demonstrate the same to customer
- Configure and customize the Product to meet the specific business requirements
- Manage implementations of the TEB SaaS CRM application for Customer
- Train Customer staff on TEB
- Respond to customer issues and ensuring resolution of issues
