Tele Caller Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.• Follow up on leads generated through various sources• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service requests, and complaints.• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales• Keep records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
