Position Overview:

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, providing crucial technical support and assistance to our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot the companys computer systems and networks to ensure continuous, reliable operation.
• Install and configure hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
• Maintain and update documentation of IT processes and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Monitor and maintain system and network security, including firewall management and user access controls.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity to safeguard the organizations digital assets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend potential upgrades and improvements to enhance IT infrastructure.

Qualifications (Required):

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT administration.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT administration, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment like esports.
• Solid working knowledge of computer systems and networks, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating technical information to non-technical users.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security standards.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), are a plus.
