Seeking a highly organized dynamic lady Personal Secretary to support the Senior Boss. In this position, she should feel very comfortable coordinating boss personal activities managing his personal cabin, files, records, folders, attendance and his day to day lifestyle including his food, lunch, personal wardrobe, perfume, shopping ,clothing, cars and his household properties and managing and organizing boss private, discreet and confidential meetings.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule boss personal and private appointments.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
- Managing, organizing and scheduling private, discreet and confidential meetings for VIP'S, Celebrities, Elite Rich Affluent Class Groups and their personal day to day requirements and managing their hospitality.
- Organizing late night events, conferences, parties and confidential meetings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
- Ability to travel with boss when ever required.
- Extrovert person she should be open for socializing and dating with the boss.
Experience Level:
7 to 10 years of experience as Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant or in similar roles.
Schedule:
- Shift 8-hour General shift
- Role Full time permanent position
- Work Mode Hybrid & Onsite
- 9AM to 5PM IST
- Sat and Sun Fixed Offs
- Pickup and drop provided from office.
Correspondence and Communication:
Manage the boss email inbox, prioritizing and responding to correspondence as appropriate.
Draft professional emails, letters, and documents as required.
Facilitate seamless communication between the boss and various teams or stakeholders.
Event and Activity Coordination:
Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences for the boss office.
Manage all event logistics, guest lists, and associated administrative tasks.
Ad-Hoc Support:
Undertake special projects and research initiatives as directed by the boss.
Provide assistance in preparing reports, data analysis, and presentations as needed.
