Job Title: Senior Sales Executive B2B

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead our B2B sales initiatives, focusing on building and nurturing high-value relationships in the architecture and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales within the luxury or premium design industry, a well-established network among architects, builders, and industry stakeholders, and a refined approach to aligning our exclusive design solutions with the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to engage and expand relationships with architects, builders, and relevant industry professionals.
  • Identify high-value business opportunities, especially within the architecture and construction sectors, to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of architects and builders, showcasing how our solutions meet industry-specific challenges.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships post-sale, exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets, particularly in the construction or design sectors.

  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in contract negotiation and closing deals that align with both client needs and business goals.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively present, influence, and build relationships with clients at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
