Executive / Senior Executive - GMB & Lead Management

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to manage and optimize our Google My Business (GMB) profiles for all HCG hospital locations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate business information, enhance visibility in local search results, and support lead management and online reputation management (ORM).

Key Responsibilities:

GMB Profile Management:

• Regularly update business information (address, phone, website, services) to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure all HCG hospital locations have up-to-date listings with relevant keywords.
• Optimize GMB profiles to rank higher in Google Maps & local searches for cancer treatment.
• Manage category selection, attributes & keyword-rich descriptions for better visibility.
• Post regular updates about services, doctor availability & awareness campaigns.
• Use GMB posts, Q&A, and events to keep potential patients informed.
• Upload high-quality images & videos showcasing hospital facilities, treatments & success stories.
• Optimize visual content to enhance credibility & patient confidence.

Insights & Analytics:

• Monitor GMB insights (calls, direction requests, website visits) to understand patient behavior.
• Use data-driven insights to improve patient acquisition strategies.
• Analyze how competitor hospitals are leveraging GMB and implement best practices.
• Stay ahead in local search rankings & engagement.

Lead Management & ORM:

• Assist in lead management through manual interventions such as email communication for GMB negative feedback.
• Assign and manage leads in the CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address patient concerns and improve brand perception.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, GMB optimization, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of local SEO strategies and GMB best practices.
• Proficient in CRM tools and ORM strategies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hospital locations effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the healthcare industry or managing multi-location businesses.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
