Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, conducting property showings, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales reports, and providing market analysis to clients.The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends.
Qualifications- Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Lead Generation
- Strong Negotiation and Closing skills
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market Analysis and Regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
