Job Summary:

The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, productmanagers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders, to ensureprojectgoals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

ProjectPlanning and Execution:

• Defineprojectscope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensiveprojectplans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution ofprojects.
• Monitor and trackprojectprogress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage changes inprojectscope, schedule, and costs, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

TechnicalOversight:

• Collaborate withtechnicalteams to ensure alignment betweenprojectrequirements andtechnicalsolutions.
• Provide guidance ontechnicalaspects ofprojects, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business needs.
• Facilitate the resolution oftechnicalissues and challenges that arise during theprojectlifecycle.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact forprojectstakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding ofprojectobjectives.
• Facilitate meetings, including kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives, and otherproject-related discussions.
• Prepare and presentprojectreports, including status updates, risk assessments, and post-mortem analysis.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure thatprojects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee testing processes and ensure that deliverables meet the required specifications.
• Implement and manage quality assurance processes, ensuring continuous improvement inprojectdelivery.

Resource Management:

• Identify and manageprojectresources, including team members, contractors, and external vendors.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, optimizing the use of resources to achieveprojectgoals.
• Mentor and support the professional development ofprojectteam members.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues that could impactprojectdelivery, and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitorprojectrisks throughout theprojectlifecycle and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Proven experience (4 to 5 years) intechnicalprojectmanagement, within the technology industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functionaltechnicalprojects.
• Solidtechnicalbackground, with an understanding of software development, systems engineering, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong English proficiency required
• Proven track record working directly with US based clients
• US Healthcare knowledge a plus.

Skills:

• Strongprojectmanagement skills, with experience usingprojectmanagement tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withtechnicaland non-technicalstakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python, ML engineering is a plus.

Certifications:

• Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
