.Develop and manage an agreed project plan & detailed stage plans and schedules to track and maintain progress, performance, and issues.
.Create Project Charters to capture the details of the project, defining scope and objectives.
.Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, involving other resources as appropriate.
.Plan and lead/facilitate project meetings.
.Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects, leading them from start to finish while leading project teams through requirements definition.
.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
.Develop appropriate documentation with the project team, such as: project plans, gap analyses, communication and training plans, design documents, test plans, implementation plans, technology, or process diagrams, etc.
.Oversee and documenting business model, business requirements, data points etc.
.Build business capability map, business governance plan, capability maturity map etc.
