Job Description: Data & BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, Python programming, and business intelligence tools. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.

Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and transformations to support business needs.

Create and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data pipelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Document data processes, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in ETL processes and tools.

Advanced skills in Python programming.

Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.

Solid understanding of data modeling, schemas, and data transformation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail In-depth knowledge of data integration techniques and tools

Experience with data pipeline orchestration and automation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
