We are looking for an experienced and passionate ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer to join
our team. This role is pivotal in configuring, customising, and maintaining the ServiceNow
platform, particularly focusing on the CSM module, while ensuring high-quality, scalable

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and customisation of the ServiceNow CSM module and its integrations.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code in alignment with ServiceNow standards and best practices.
- Analyse enhancements and defects to deliver technical solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Proactively ensure secure and reusable implementation of code and propose solutions to improve quality of service.
- Collaborate with business analysts to assess functional requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Provide technical support during UAT and go-live phases and manage regression and integration testing.
- Act as a mentor and coach for junior team members, fostering technical and business knowledge growth.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to address production issues and implement enhancements using JIRA.
- Conduct code reviews, guide technical decisions, and ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Partner with ITSM process owners and IT support teams to enhance the overall colleague experience.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow development and administration (preferably CSM module).
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, XML/JSON, API integration, Java, and SQL.
Experience with E2E implementation of ServiceNow modules, B2B integration, and App Engine.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Utah version, ITSM, or CSM service catalogs and integration capabilities.
Knowledge of ITIL framework (certification preferred) and experience in incident response and problem-solving.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions to business challenges. Education and Certifications:
B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), or equivalent.
Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM/ITSM preferred).
ITIL certification is an added advantage.
