We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in IT Sales, cold calling, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) sales. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads, establishing connections with potential clients, and driving sales opportunities in the IT and RPA domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients in the IT and RPA sectors.Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to initiate conversations with key decision-makers.
Sales Pipeline Development: Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant IT and RPA solutions.
Market Research: Continuously research industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points to improve targeting and outreach strategies.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, updates, and status in the CRM system to track progress and conversions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals and strategies.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT and RPA solutions, features, and value propositions to effectively communicate to prospects.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets, as well as conversion rates.
