Systems Engineer - PLM
Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct as-is analysis of CM / PLM needs, tool & infrastructure
Define CM / PLM strategy
Define a framework to establish and maintain the Configuration Item List (CIL) and baselines, including functional, allocated, and product baselines.
Define configuration items (CIs) such as components, assemblies, systems, and associated documents.
Define a framework and workflow for CCBs to manage with digital engineering principles
Provide training and guidance on CM policies and tools to internal teams.
Technical Skills (Must have):
Bachelor's degree (Mechanical / Electronics) with 5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 3 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working experience with CM / PLM environment
Technical Skills (Good to have):
Knowledge of standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 10007, ANSI/EIA-649, or similar CM guidelines.
Internship experience
Background with MBSE / PLM / Requirements tools added advantage
Soft Skills (Must have):
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to analyze and document complex systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure. They will work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.
