You are going to work closely with Sales Directors, Resell Clients, Solution Architects, Sales Enablement Teams and Strategic Technology Partners to manage end to end quote to cash resale business.
You will:
- Manage the overall order fulfillment process from client requirement gathering, quote creation, order processing, delivery tracking, invoice. processing and post-delivery support.
- Develop a strong understanding of the resale business process.
- Analyze and solve complex problems.
- Enable new resale business.
- Provide support to RFPs, RFIs.
- Manage end to end client deliverables which includes understanding of client requirements and business forecasts.
- Support sourcing partners and clients to determine a business solution.
- Provide customized information, reports, or other forms of support to client and stakeholders.
- Work on various tools like SAP/HANA S4, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.
