We are hiring for IT Recruiter Talent Acquisition Executive !!!!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of minimum experience and Maximum of 3years in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in client handling and stakeholder management is a plus.
• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute IT recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and candidates.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best hiring practices.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Hirect, Internshala, etc.).
• Basic understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and methodologies (Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Skills & Competencies:Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
