Title: Sr. Practice Analyst - Professional Services

Location: India (Chennai/ Mumbai)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand and Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role is a unique blend of branding, marketing, and content strategy, designed to drive our brand forward and engage with our internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

Management:

  • Ability to collaborate with account teams and other stakeholders to manage pursuits and help with domain-oriented thought leadership, research-based PoVs
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of technological transformations and emerging trends in Generative AI, providing in-depth use cases and analyses of their potential implications and benefits for the client

Branding, Marketing & Content creation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Create, Review and refine content for various marketing materials, such as flyers, video scripts, and customer visit materials, ensuring consistency, strategic alignment, and effectiveness.
  • Develop and produce compelling content, including industry white papers, blogs, and case studies, tailored to the Hi-tech & Professional Services vertical.
  • Collaborate with delivery and account teams to document and showcase the latest engagements, projects, and success stories

Information Management:

  • Manage the case studies repository and ensure that all information is current, accurate, and well-organized.
  • Regularly update leadership on content performance, industry trends, and engagement metrics.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Ideate with the leadership and own the implementation of ideas to take the brand ahead
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including delivery and account teams, to gather insights and document key engagement outcomes.
  • Act as a point of contact for branding & content-related queries and requirements.

Regular Updates and Reporting:

  • Prepare and send out regular updates to leadership on content initiatives, including progress reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

Essential Skills:

Technology understanding: The person must have a strong affinity to understand the latest tech and quickly learn about new technologies being used and developed by the teams and companies. This will be a crucial factor since the role clearly contains understanding of engagements, documenting them in an organized structure.

The role also requires developing views/ slides on what is going on in the industry trends which can be used to show our outlook while supporting pursuits

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking abilities, excellent comprehension skills, and the soft skills necessary to collaborate effectively with teams.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing content performance and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Basic Design skills: Proficiency in basic PPT skills to carve out engaging slides to convey the messages

Essential Qualifications:

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in branding strategy and information management/ analysis, preferably within the IT services or technology sector.

Education: Technology, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in content marketing are a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
