Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating seamless user experiences, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. This role involves collaborating with various teams to design and enhance user interfaces for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Prototyping: Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively.
User-Centric Design: Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide the design process.
Consistency: Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final designs.
Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Research: Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
