Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at GrowHo. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving revenue growth in the Pune, Maharashtra region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Qualifications and Skills- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Knowledge of the Pune, Maharashtra market and customer preferences
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to expand network and knowledge
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
