Job Summary:.
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team and drive business growth through proactive customer engagement and lead conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Support sales function and play a fundamental role in lead nurturing and revenue growth objectives. A clear understanding of appointment generation techniques.
Roles and responsibilities-- Lead generation- Identify and qualify potential prospects through research, networking, and lead generation tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects. And on-time follow-ups as and when needed.
- Conduct outbound calls, messages and emails to the prospects.
- Utilize CRM Software to track interactions, manage leads and activities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
- Database Management.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Ability to identify and prospect key decision makers in target companies.
- Intelligent, self-driven and target-oriented
Qualification- Bachelors in Business, Marketing or other related field
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
