Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Delivery Manager based in Bangalore to lead the end-to-end delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, proven experience in managing complex software development projects, and the leadership capabilities to drive high-quality delivery.

• Software Delivery Management:
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end software delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Break down project work into technical tasks and manage task allocation and tracking.
• Coordination and Leadership:
• Collaborate with architecture leads to ensure alignment on technical solutions and designs.
• Manage resource planning, including staffing needs and skill alignment.
• Lead and coordinate sprints, backlog prioritization, and ensure alignment with Azure Boards.
• Governance and Compliance:
• Oversee the implementation of software delivery templates and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Manage non-functional requirements, including security, performance, and scalability needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder and Client Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery and support needs.
• Manage project budgets and align delivery outcomes with client expectations.
• Proactively address client concerns and provide regular progress updates.
• Technical Oversight:
• Provide hands-on guidance for projects involving .NET Core, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Portal), and Azure infrastructure.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Ensure best practices are followed in the development and deployment of software solutions.

• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies: .NET Core, SharePoint, Power Portal, Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure management and related tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and sprint management using Azure Boards.
• Delivery Management:
• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end software delivery.
• Proven experience in breaking down projects into work tasks and technical tasks.
• Ability to manage resourcing, budgets, and delivery schedules effectively.
• Leadership and Communication:
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to independently drive teams and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Experience ensuring compliance with non-functional and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with software delivery templates and governance frameworks.
