Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant Intern at People Connect in Gurgaon. The intern will be responsible for tasks related to lead generation, market research, client onboarding, client servicing and client retention.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Do cold calling & field visits to generate leads on a daily basis.
- Sending emails to business prospects and follow up to get an appointment.
- Arrange virtual / f2f meetings with client POCs.
- Pitching end to end recruitment services to corporate & startup clients. (Training will be provided for the same)
- Maintain the database of prospects and update the sheet every EOD.
- Understand the hiring requirements of clients.
- Do the postings on various job boards and social networking sites like naukri & linkedin
- Screening & shortlisting of applied candidates and share the profiles with the client.
- Follow-up for the feedback from the client on regular basis.
- Coordinate between candidate and the client starting from sharing the profile to final joining.
- Keeping in touch with the candidate post joining till consulting payment has been received.
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in HR or a related field
- Expert computer skills
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
- Strong interest in recruitment
- Analytical Skills and Market Research
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience or interest in Lead Generation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of recruitment or HR practices is a plus
Compensation - Fixed stipend pls Incentives (Reimbursement will be provided for travel)
Candidate Should be comfortable to work from office (Sector 47, Gurgaon) as well as work from home.
