Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Proactively identify and resolve software issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
Develop and implement software solutions to enhance system performance.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies.
Experience in system monitoring and performance optimization.
Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident management.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
This position is based at our Noida office.
work from office is mandatory for all working days
A 15 years full-time education is required.
