  • We are looking to hire a dynamic administrative manager to join our companys administrative department. In this role required to speak with staff, external agencies and vendors, also responsible for entering related client information into our system, updating existing entries and organizing information effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to collaborate with team members & Decision-making aptitudes based on given guidelines Impeccable organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office- Excel proficiency.
  • Compliances related to office administration, like drafting rental agreements, property tax, insurance etc
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and process including analysis of key metrics
  • Training admin executives and housekeeping personnel and allocate the responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
  • Managing and coordinating with following vendors maintenance, transport, security, housekeeping, canteen. Electrical, Civil works etc.
  • Oversee all the infrastructure requirements and coordinate with the building/room owners for maintenance and other infrastructure developmental activities.
  • To ensure the statutory liabilities and timely renewal & tracking of licenses and other
  • Government compliances.
  • Work along with the HR and Finance departments to develop, review and improve policies, systems and procedures for streamlining the operations of the organization.
  • Documentation, monitoring and tracking of all admin-related files.
  • Vehicle procurement, maintenance and other Govt. regulatory filing & submissions.
  • Travel bookings and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease agreements.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to the budgetary constraints.
  • Vendor payments and tracking
  • Support and assist the management in planning and budgeting.
  • Arrange facilities and give support for all events.
  • Computer skills of mail drafting, word, Excel report preparation etc
