Job Summary:
Qentelli is looking for a dynamic Presales Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to engage prospects, develop tailored proposals, and ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in lead or prospect calls with the Sales team to present our product and service offerings effectively, showcasing technical excellence.
Research and create technical presentations that align with specific prospect needs, often in new and innovative areas.
Collaborate with Delivery and Marketing teams to develop compelling case studies based on existing projects to attract similar prospects.
Lead or participate in Discovery calls to gain a deep understanding of client challenges and translate them into customized proposals with schedules and cost estimates.
Develop and present proactive proposals, as well as respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with clear and well-structured documentation.
Ensure a smooth transition of prospects to Delivery teams through SOW, project kickoff, and other onboarding activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in presales, technical sales, or solution consulting roles.
Strong ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in researching and preparing technical presentations, proposals, and cost estimates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams.
Experience in responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with detailed proposals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Prior experience in IT services, digital transformation, or cloud solutions is a plus.
