We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Leadership Recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
Role Responsibilities- Coordinate and organise for senior candidate meetings extensively with the VP/SVPs and CXOs.
- You must be perseverance, take accountability and do extensive follow-up with senior stakeholders if appropriate.
- Keep a thorough record of new hiring, as well as leadership referrals and the status of candidates.
- Contact new leadership employees and prepare onboarding sessions, collaborate with regional and Sales HRs to develop an onboarding agenda and share it with candidates.
- Conduct recruitment related research, collate market-intel and do recruitment analysis.
- Develop and keep up competitor and talent mapping databases using multiple tools to stay abreast on industry trends and changes, guide with active searches and be prepared for any hiring needs.
- Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programmes, as well as providing analytical support.
- At least 2+ years of experience focused on proven work experience in a similar job role/in other role in HR must have substantial experience engaging with the executive team and CXOs.
- As a professional you must be a perseverant and have both strategic & analytical thinking ability.
- Work in global time zones, preferably during the UK time and early East Coast business hours.
- Resilient, resourceful and calm under pressure in a high-stakes, high-visibility environment.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration capabilities within the team and cross functionally.
