Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager IT Solutions Sales to drive end-to-end sales of IT services, including ERP, SAP, CRM, ODOO, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and revenue growth in enterprise and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (POC).
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure long-term partnerships with clients.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent business development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in IT solutions sales, focusing on ERP, SAP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong expertise in B2B sales, consultative selling, and enterprise account management.
• Excellent lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
