Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support business transformation initiatives by providing analytical
insights, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring effective communication among
stakeholders. The Senior Analyst, Business & Transformation will contribute to the successful execution
of transformation projects by tracking progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting
in change management efforts. This position aims to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and help
achieve strategic business goals
Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate (MBA / Finance / Operations) or Graduate with Engineering / Science
Experience in Dynamics & Project Management (PMP) tools
Minimum 6+ Years of experience in the role
Data Source & Tools QlikSense / SAP / Obeya / Raindrop
Stakeholders input (IO / BIO / Milestone Owner)
Industry benchmark (Best practices / competitor's analysis)
Six Sigma Green Belt
Accountabilities
Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating transformation projects across multiple
business functions (Commercial, Operations, and Support Functions)
Project
Coordination
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support strategic
decisions and track the progress of transformation initiatives.
Data Analysis
Serve as the point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
and alignment between different teams.
Stakeholder
Management
Prepare regular reports, presentations, and dashboards to update senior management on
project status, risks, and outcomes.
Reporting and
Documentation
Identify opportunities for business process improvement, assist in the redesign of
workflows, and support implementation of best practices.

Improvement
Assist in change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training sessions,and creating communication materials.

Manage schedules, organize meetings / cadence, and maintain project documentation to
ensure that all teams stay informed and aligned.
