Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal HR Team Lead to oversee and manage HR functions for our organization. This role involves leading a team of HR professionals, driving recruitment for internal roles, managing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Lead and mentor the internal HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee and manage hiring for internal roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
- HR Strategy & Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement effective HR strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, surveys, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR metrics, reports, and documentation for decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in internal hiring, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, lead teams, and drive HR initiatives effectively.
