Job Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, adhering to taxation laws, managing audits, and overseeing financial management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of Income Tax returns and GST filings.
• Conduct and supervise audits (internal and external), ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and analyse financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company&aposs financial processes and performance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax laws, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company&aposs financial stability.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial audits, taxation matters, and regulatory bodies.
• Take on the role of Finance Controller, managing the overall financial activities of the company.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3-8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in Income Tax, GST, and Audit, along with a deep understanding of taxation laws and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Experience in handling audits (internal/external) and financial reporting for companies.
• Proven ability to manage and oversee financial operations and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or experience in Financial Management or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in leading or managing a finance team.
