Enter and verify data in spreadsheets, CRM systems, or ERP software. Handle document filing, scanning, and organization. 2. Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and correspondence. Handle email communication and scheduling tasks.
Support other departments with clerical and operational tasks. 3. Customer & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients, vendors, and suppliers via phone or email. Assist in order processing, payment follow-ups, and documentation. Provide basic customer support and relay inquiries to the appropriate department.
4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
