Job Description
This position calls for an expert in the domains of Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with thorough knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Technical ability. She/he should have the strong ability to work with clients collaboratively understand their specific requirements and with internal team members.Should have a thorough understanding of the content provided (either developed or reviewed) and work with other possible stakeholders (SME) or teams on enhancing the framework/content developed. Strong Process orientation and excellent Process documentation skills.
A lot of new processes are put in place, the role requires someone who keeps track and ensures that relevant process document are prepared and maintained. Should be highly Quality-oriented as the position requires someone who will commit to error-free quality work output.
Should have strong attention to detail skills as their core part of the job involves proofreading the data entered content and thoroughly checking any missing content.
WORK RELATIONS- Content Delivery Team
- Project Managers/Account Managers/Operations Managers
- Sales Team
- Client PoCs
- Ensure proper process documents are developed and kept in place.
- Keep track of complete content work progress, post content procurement.
- Ensure trackers and update on the content database health.
- Coordinating with individuals/stakeholders to assist in the process of developing question banks.
- Manage SMEs who build an extensive library of question banks (Aptitude, Domain-Engineering/ Non- Engineering)
- Train potential team members and ensure a cohesive working force.
- Help design and create blueprints/frameworks for assessments based on requirements shared by end-users.
- Using statistical methods, check the reliability and validity of content published for end users.
- Ensure process in the review of content procured by SME both from a language and technical aspect.
- Excellent knowledge of numerical and analytical ability; awareness of International and National test standards (GRE, CAT, GMAT, SAT etc.).
- Good Coordination skills with both internal and clients/stakeholders (SME's).
- Strong Research skills and up-to-date knowledge of the latest related subject trends.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
Postgraduate in any Mechanical/Electrical/Civil domain with a strong academic background Minimum 5 years of experience in an associate/executive in similar role or teaching role at a College/GATE Preparation Coaching Institute.
Exposure to content development/management for corporate clients starting from entry level recruitment
Well versed with throughput requirements for various experience groups and with a strong background in mitigating situations which require course correction
Strong Team Management skills.
Proficient with MS Excel, SPSS, MS Word, R Software.
Comfortable working with statistics and numbers.
Good language and strong Documentation skills.
Awareness of Basic and Advanced Statistical Methods: Conduct various item analytics.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Detail orientation and Process orientation.
Has a Structured Approach and strongly focused.
Multi-tasker and a Team player.
Display the ability to receive or be open to change as well as the ability to manage or handle unexpected situations.
