nJob Summary:

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of integrations and automation tools, scripting languages, and systems integration, strong understanding of APIs, automation frameworks, and the ability to work across different departments to identify and implement solutions with a focus on transforming manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.

nWhat you have to do:

• nLead the design, development, and deployment of automation frameworks across various business units, including IT, operations, and development.
• nDevelop and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes across various departments (e.g., IT, HR, Finance, etc.).
• nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze requirements, and implement end-to-end automated solutions.
• nDrive the automation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements, and optimize workflows to reduce manual efforts.
• nDevelop and maintain automated testing frameworks, ensuring the quality and performance of applications and systems.
• nOversee the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive tasks.
• nImplement infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet for cloud and on-prem environments.
• nMonitor and optimize automated systems, troubleshooting any issues and implementing continuous improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• nEnsure all automation processes follow industry best practices for security, compliance, and scalability.
• nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• nBuild, configure, and manage automation tools and platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, or similar.
• nCreate and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and bots to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.
• nDesign and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure quality and reliability of applications and systems.
• nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business teams, to integrate automation into existing systems and workflows.
• nMonitor and maintain automated processes to ensure they are running efficiently and resolve any issues that arise.
• nProvide training and support to teams on how to use and maintain automated tools and processes.
• nCreate and maintain technical documentation for all automation workflows, including user guides, process maps, and troubleshooting steps.
• nEnsure that all automation solutions comply with security standards and best practices.
• nContinuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the organizations automation capabilities.
• nProvide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers and teams in adopting automation tools and methodologies.
• nStay up-to-date with the latest trends in automation, tooling, and frameworks, and drive innovation in automation solutions across the organization.

What you have done:

• nEngineering / Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• n5+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or systems integration.
• nExtensive hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Selenium, or similar.
• nStrong Engineering in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automating tasks and processes.
• nExperience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.
• nSolid understanding of API integration and automation using RESTful services, webhooks, and other data exchange protocols.
• nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the ability to automate infrastructure deployment and scaling.
• nStrong proficiency with integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi, Workato).

nTechnical Skills:

• nStrong knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
• nHands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• nExperience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier, or Workato.
• nUnderstanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI).
• nExperience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
