Position Overview:
Seeking a versatile and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee the human resources and administrative functions for our team of 35 employees. The role requires a proactive individual capable of ensuring compliance, improving employee engagement, and maintaining efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
Act as a mediator for employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
Oversee performance appraisals and coordinate professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies regularly.
Handle payroll processing and administer employee benefits effectively.
Administration:
Maintain office infrastructure, vendor relationships, and safety protocols.
Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Keep accurate employee records and manage official correspondence.
Monitor and control administrative expenses, ensuring budget efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
35 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR practices.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
